My Night...

I escaped from under the thumb for a couple of hours so took a trip down gala....

Me and my mate started with £30 each, put £10 in a slotto (£35) and got the 7's streak for about £40, played round and ended up on a full monopoly (stand-up multiplayer), after getting down to our last tenner it dropped in a feature for a sweet £85 followed by 2x £5 wins.

We got done by the lo-tech DOND'S again, took us £60 to realise it was dead and ended up with a single JP.

Put the lot in a £500 RR and from our last press got the feature for £60, followed shortly after by the pots for £125 (gutted!) and then another £30 feature!

Eventually came out with £160 between us so not a bad way to spend a spare couple of hours :)

Oh and somewhere in there we played a multiplayer coronation street that was only sited yesterday, 50p play £35 JP, took us £30 to get the main feature and got £40 from it, does anyone know the best way to play these? I know the monopolys and golden games but these are new to me!

Well it must just be one of those weekends!

We took the little one's to southport tonight to see the fireworks show, while they were watchin me and a mate walked upto funland and had a mooch round, it must be the biggest arcade in southport with a huge amount of machines!

anyways.. waled round and spotted a B3 elvis top 20, put £4 in and got 3 jukeboxes from my first press for a tenner, 2nd press it dropped in 4 guitars and went for £100, a couple later it gave the discs for £25, i walked out after 10 minutes with £130 :D

I was more pleased at the look on my mates face, he's one of thos people who always says "there's only one winner on these things"

Yer i play awp's too but i do enjoy some of the games on the b3's, even though they can be very boring at times!

I prefer lo-tech machines out of the lot really.

I do like playing most awp's too but more often than not they're very predictable....

For instance i went to my local bowling a couple of weeks back, they have a few reds, a couple of bellfruits and a couple of crests..

I went down for an hours play and every machine was dead, none were full and i would have been chucking my money away playing any of them.

But, with b3's, you never know what to expect which is all part of the excitement, ok there's not much knowlege (if any) needed but they can be great fun imo.
